Yes I need to post more often. I will certainly start doing just that. Being a wedding videographer is such a challenge, trying to do so many things at once at a wedding and countless hours editing, that being able to work with a couple like Wes and Sophie just makes it all worthwhile. The time just flies by on a wedding day. Several brides have told me how much they didn’t remember until they saw what I put together. For me that is the best part of filming weddings. There are great movies viewed by millions, and then there are the wedding films I make viewed just by those it was made for, yet it lives on, through generations. Thank you Wes and Sophie for having Frontside Films be apart of your very cool wedding.

It all started with Travis, of Travis Hoehne Photography asking me to come along on an engagement shoot. Barns, old trucks and cars, trains, yep thats right trains all at this secret spot. One of the coolest spots I have ever been to, to film. Then there was Matt and Briana, they made it easy for me to film. No major directing needed, they were just having a great time together, and thats what made filming them fun. It was great to work with Travis, just a fun laid back guy with his camera. I was bit surprised because I had expected a little more gear, but nope , just simple photography done beautifully. Maybe someday I wont have to carry around tripods, sliders, glidecams, and a whole host of other gear. In my defense video is a little different. Anyway I love filming and hope that everyone out there likes this latest video/film of Matt and Briana.
I recently had the opportunity to film a great couple Jesus and Christian. Carlos Valentino of Carlos Valentino Photography, brought me along to document another engagement shoot. Thank you Carlos and Sunny for having me along, and another thanks to Jesus and Christian for letting me come and film. It was great fun. Hope you enjoy your engagement film. Why spend a little money on a professional videographer, when your brother, or your brothers friend or even uncle Charlie could film it for free. I found this video and it explains it perfectly why choose a professional.
Just returned home from filming with my friend David Cervenka from DPC films. He asked for a little extra help filming this weekend, for Redbull, and how could I refuse. Thanks David for the invite and good times filming. One of the bonuses of filming is I have a bunch of great footage to post as well. So look out for a little Redbull rail jam clip coming soon. This was an engagement photo shoot I went along on and filmed. I was able to work with a great photographer, Carlos, with Carlos Valentino photography. Daniel and Heather were kind enough to let me film them, even though they weren’t planning on me. So thanks to all involved and hope you like this clip.
